Shipping Policy

Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. Delivery time is 1 to 15 days from the date of purchase. These times correspond to the average processing and delivery times typically used for mainland France.

If this period reaches 30 days from the date of purchase, we will refund the full amount of the purchase made, except in cases of force majeure such as a postal strike or any other structural problem.

The customer must indicate on the delivery note, before signing, any missing, damaged, or non-compliant packaging or product. We are not responsible for theft once the product has been placed in the customer's mailbox.
